01 Design Creation
Every masterpiece begins with a concept. Our journey starts with your vision, which we refine through detailed sketches and market analysis. Using advanced design software like 2D and 3D CAD tools, we translate your idea into a precise, detailed sketch. This blueprint includes every crucial specification—dimensions, gemstone sizes, and other intricate details—to ensure your design is both beautiful and functional.
02 Mold Making
Once the design is finalized, we proceed to create the master mold, essential for mass production. Depending on your preferences, we use traditional hand-carved wax models, modern 3D printing, or sterling silver prototypes. The master mold is then used to create a flexible wax mold through a process of heating and vulcanizing rubber. This allows us to produce exact replicas of the original design with molten wax.
03 Casting
With wax copies ready, we assemble them into a “wax tree” that facilitates the flow of molten metal during casting. The wax tree is encased in liquid investment plaster and heated in a kiln, melting away the wax and leaving behind a cavity in the shape of your design. Molten metal is then poured into this cavity, filling the space left by the wax tree. After cooling, the plaster is removed, revealing the metal casting.
04 Stone Setting
Setting gemstones or diamonds is a crucial step that defines the final look of your jewelry. We offer a range of setting techniques, including prong, pave, bezel, and channel settings. Each method is carefully chosen to enhance the beauty and security of your stones, ensuring they are perfectly positioned and secured in your piece.
05 Polishing
Our polishing process is designed to give your jewelry a brilliant shine. Using a combination of machines and hand tools, we remove any uneven surfaces and refine the metal to achieve a high luster. Techniques such as buffing, sanding, and laser welding are employed to ensure each piece sparkles with perfection.
06 Finishing and Plating
To add the final touches and enhance the uniqueness of your jewelry, we apply various finishing techniques, including high polish, satin, and hammered finishes. Plating options like rhodium, gold, or rose gold can be used to achieve different colors and protect the surface. Each piece is meticulously plated to add value and prevent tarnishing.
